I don't think my GM would go for it, as it is clearly not RAW - there's are specific listed Feats, Shadow Blade isn't on that list, barring some Sage Advice or Errata I'm unaware of. I'm currently running an Elf with Shadow Blade, so I've done a bit of research on this.
